I have the same needs,
Wants,
Desires
So why am I
Stranded,
Hanging by one thread,
Why do you leave me?
You repeat to my ears
And my silent soul
That I’m the one
I’m the one who deserves it
And yet you leave me
You abandon me all the time
I don’t deserve it
But you do it
You think I have a heart of steel
But in reality it’s only aluminum
Frail,
Dented easily
Malleable,
But most of all
Breakable
